Most commonly used message forms are branded games, video clips and images (memes and gifs as the latest trends).


Advantages of viral marketing

Viral marketing's biggest advantage is the broad spectrum of audiance a company can send a message to. If the mesagge is catchy/relevant enough it can collect a large amount of views/readings in a relatively short amonut of time, via word of mouth, generally by sending links between members of the audiance.

It also costs less than most of the other marketing techniques.
