Executive recruiters focus on filling high-level positions like CEOs, CFOs, CTOs, and other senior management roles. They often have a niche or specialize in a specific industry, so there are IT executive recruiters specializing in recruiting developers or Sales executive recruiters that might help you hire a chief sales officer or a chief revenue officer.

Process of executive recruitment

Executive search is a process that consists of several steps:

1. Making a detailed list of client requirements

2. Doing research and identification of potential candidates.

3. Performing screening interviews before presenting a slate of candidates to the client.

4. Providing downstream services such as contract and salary negotiation as well as post-offer reference checks.
