An active job opening in TalentLyft has one of the following statuses: Published (seeking candidates), Internal (seeking candidates internally), or Closed (candidate found, but recruitment is ongoing). These statuses allow you to work on the job's pipeline and candidates. A job is inactive when it is Archived (hiring process complete) or in Draft (still being edited and not yet published).

Annual Plans: Pay upfront for 12 months at the price of 10, ideal if you know your hiring needs for the year. You can upgrade anytime or downgrade when the subscription ends. Two- and three-year plans offer savings of 25% and 27.78%, respectively.
Monthly Plans: Flexible for seasonal or fluctuating hiring needs. You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause your plan at any time, with your data securely stored until you return. -
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription anytime by selecting a different package.
Upgrading: Switch to a higher plan immediately, paying only the difference. Your new plan will apply for the next 12 months.

After creating your account, you get a free trial period of 14 days. The free trial gives you access to all TalentLyft features, creating one or multiple jobs, tracking applicants and scheduling interviews, and sharing the work and notes with team members.
You will not be able to post a job to the job boards unless you have an active plan or your account is verified. This is our cautionary measure to protect our customers' data and ourselves from fraudulent users. -
Two days before the end of the trial period, we will remind you via email to switch to a full account. You will not be charged or required to give your billing information before that. Your user data will not be deleted, you will just need to enter valid credit card details to regain access. After that, you’ll be able to continue using TalentLyft right where you left off in the trial period.
