How to send follow-up emails to passive candidates?

Passive candidates are everywhere, and not having a strategy on how to reach them can cost you a lot of great talent!

Don’t get disappointed with a low open and response rates, but always try to follow-up! To increase your emails open and response rates, make sure that you personalize both the subject line and the body of the email as much as possible.

Before you send a follow-up email, wait at least three days. Give candidates a chance to think about your offer.
