  • Can you discuss the most creative and educational activity you have organized for children in the past? What were the challenges you faced and how did you overcome them?

STAR interview questions

1. Can you describe a situation where you had to handle a child’s behavioral issues? What was your task? What actions did you take? And what was the outcome of your actions in that situation?

2. Tell me about a time when you had to handle an emergency situation while taking care of children. What was the situation, and how did you handle it? What was the result of your actions?

3. Can you share an experience when you successfully helped a child learn a new skill? What was your task? How did you teach or encourage the child? And what was the outcome of your efforts in that situation?

4. Have you ever faced a difficult situation or a disagreement with the parents of the child/children you were taking care of? What was your task in that situation? What actions did you take, and what was the final result?

5. Describe a time when you were responsible for organizing a fun and educational activity for a child/children you were taking care of. What was your task? What approach did you use? And what was the outcome of the activity?
