Situation: A project that required supervision and management was assigned to me because the primary manager was unavailable.
Task: As the assistant project manager, my responsibility was to ensure that the project was completed successfully and within the given timeline.
Action: I divided the project into smaller, more manageable tasks and assigned them to team members with clear timelines and expectations. I monitored the team’s progress, provided guidance where necessary and ensured that all project requirements were met.

Task: As the assistant project manager, my responsibility was to troubleshoot and resolve the issue as quickly as possible to avoid delays.
