We are looking for a dedicated Porter who will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facility. In this position, you will be expected to perform a variety of tasks including cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, and removing trash. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all supplies are adequately stocked and reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.

Porter duties and responsibilities

  • Transporting luggage, packages, and equipment for guests or staff
  • Cleaning and maintaining public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
  • Assisting with room set-up and tear-down for events and meetings
  • Delivering supplies and amenities to guest rooms upon request
  • Maintaining inventory of supplies and reporting any shortages or damages
  • Responding to guest requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting with parking and valet services as needed
  • Following safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management
