STAR interview questions

2. Describe a project or initiative you led to improve patient safety at your previous workplace. What were your responsibilities in that specific situation, and how did you address the challenges that arose during the project? What was the outcome of your actions?

3. Tell me about a time you had to handle a medication error. What steps did you take to rectify the situation, and what was the end result? How did you ensure that the error did not happen again?

4. Could you share a situation where you had to communicate sensitive medical information to a patient or their family? How did you approach this situation, and what were the end results of your actions?
