3. Tell me about a time you had to handle a medication error. What steps did you take to rectify the situation, and what was the end result? How did you ensure that the error did not happen again?

4. Could you share a situation where you had to communicate sensitive medical information to a patient or their family? How did you approach this situation, and what were the end results of your actions?

5. Describe a time you had to deal with an emergency situation in the workplace. What was your task in that specific situation, and what steps did you take to address the emergency? What were the outcomes of your actions, and how did you ensure that the situation did not escalate further?
