What steps did you take to address the issue (Action)? What was the ultimate outcome of your intervention (Result) and how did it impact the final product?

3. Have you ever had to develop a recipe for a specific dietary restriction (Situation)? What were your specific goals in this situation and how did you determine your recipe parameters (Task)? What steps did you take to test and refine your recipe (Action)? How were customers with this dietary restriction impacted by your recipe and what was the feedback you received (Result)?

4. Can you share a time when you were tasked with training new pastry staff (Situation)? What was your specific role in this training (Task)? How did you determine what skills to focus on and how did you approach the training process (Action)?
