  • A customer has provided you with an incorrect account number for a wire transfer. How would you handle this mistake and ensure the funds reach the correct account?
  • A customer has overdrawn their account and refuses to accept the fees incurred. How do you explain to them the bank’s policies and help them understand the importance of keeping their account in good standing?
  • A customer is requesting a high amount of cash withdrawal, but you have concerns for their safety walking out of the bank with that much cash. How do you suggest alternative options while still meeting the customer’s needs?
