The goal for a successful interview for an Operations Analyst is for the candidate to demonstrate their ability to analyze and solve complex operational issues, showcase their proficiency in data analysis and reporting, and exhibit their knowledge of process improvement methodologies.
Situational interview questions
- Imagine that you are responsible for forecasting the demand for a product, but due to an unforeseen event, the demand suddenly decreases. How would you adjust your approach to forecasting in order to mitigate the losses?
- You have been tasked with identifying inefficiencies in a company’s supply chain management. However, the issue seems to be deeply rooted in the company culture.
