The goal for a successful interview for Legal Counsel is to assess the candidate’s knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, their ability to provide sound legal advice and recommendations, and their experience in handling legal disputes and negotiations.
Situational interview questions
- You have been approached by a client who is facing a complex legal issue that requires extensive research and analysis. How would you approach this situation to provide the most effective and efficient legal solution?
- While working on a case, you discover that one of the key witnesses lied under oath. How would you handle this situation to ensure that justice is served while also protecting the client’s interests?
