The goal of a successful interview for a Clinical Pharmacist is to demonstrate their expertise in medication management, patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.

2. Describe a time when you faced a difficult ethical dilemma related to medication use. What was the situation? How did you approach the problem? What was the result of your decision?

3. Have you ever had to implement a new pharmacy procedure or protocol? What was the situation that prompted the change? How did you approach designing the new process? What was the result of implementing the new protocol?

4. Can you share an example of when you had to work with a challenging patient? What was the situation, and what was your role in their care? What actions did you take to manage the situation? What was the outcome?

5. What was the most complex medication-related issue you have encountered? What was your task in that situation? What actions did you take to address the issue? What was the outcome of your intervention?
