We are looking for a detail-oriented Barback who will be responsible for supporting bartenders and ensuring the cleanliness of the bar area.   • Clean and maintain the bar area, including wiping down surfaces and washing glassware
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, such as setting up the bar at the beginning of the shift and breaking down the bar at the end of the night
  • Ensure that the bar is clean and well-stocked at all times
  • Assist with inventory management, including keeping track of supplies and notifying management when items are running low
