Action: I promptly communicated the request to the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation. I also ensured that all guests were attended to and well taken care of, while monitoring the progress of the preparation of the customer’s request, ensuring its timely delivery.
Result: The customer was impressed with the prompt and efficient attention to their request while the guests left satisfied with our overall service.
2. Please describe a situation in which you had to handle a guest complaint during a banquet.

Task: Addressing the guest’s concerns in a professional manner, while maintaining the smooth flow of the banquet.
Action: I listened actively to the customer’s complaint and took immediate steps to rectify the situation, such as escalating concerns to the banquet manager if required. I also ensured that the other guests were not affected by the situation, maintaining the overall atmosphere of the banquet.
Result: The guest left satisfied with the steps taken to resolve their issue and the banquet was able to continue without any disruption.
