  • Give an example of a time when you had to troubleshoot a particularly challenging technical issue, and what steps you took to resolve it.

STAR interview questions

1. Can you describe a situation where you had to step in and take over for your Director, and what was your task in that situation? What actions did you take, and what were the results?

2. Tell me about a time when you led a project or event in your role as an Assistant Director. What were your responsibilities or assignments, and what steps did you take to ensure its success? What was the outcome?

3. Can you give an example of a tough challenge you faced in your role as an Assistant Director? What were your specific responsibilities, and how did you tackle the problem? What was the end result?
