1. Can you describe a specific project where you were brought on as a business consultant? What was the situation you faced, what was your task in that situation, what actions did you take, and what were the results of your work?

2. Tell me about a time where you identified an opportunity for process improvement for a client. What was the situation, what was your specific task, what steps did you take to implement the improvement, and what were the results?

3. Have you ever had to manage challenging client expectations as a business consultant? Can you walk me through the situation, your specific responsibilities, the actions you took to address the issue, and the outcome of your efforts?

4. Describe a time when you had to analyze a complex business problem for a client. What approach did you take in your analysis (task), what specific steps did you take or tools did you use, and what outcome did your recommendations have on the client’s business?

5. Have you ever been tasked with developing a comprehensive business plan for a client? Could you describe the situation, your specific responsibilities, the steps you took to develop the plan, and what results the client experienced from implementing that plan?
