  • Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Review and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections
  • Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with audit requirements
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management to support decision making
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets and forecasts
  • Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency

Accounting Supervisor requirements and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification preferred
