Academic Advisor Interview Questions

The goal for a successful interview for an Academic Advisor is to assess the candidate’s experience and skills in education and advising students, understand their ability to provide guidance and support to students, and ensure they have a strong understanding of the institution’s academic programs and policies.

  • A student comes to you with concerns about their grades slipping in one of their courses. How do you help the student identify the issue and come up with a plan to improve their performance?
