This legislation is part of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA, and are investigated by the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) under the U.S. law.
Examples of unfair labor practices
When employers refuse to bargain with a union that has permission to represent its employees or discriminates against an employee from engaging in union activities.
Unfair labor also occurs when unions serve as a cause for an employer to discriminate against an employee, strike or picket a health-care establishment without giving the necessary notice.
