In recruiting predictive analytics are used to analyze data from resumes, job descriptions, ATS and HRIS systems to predict various talent management outcomes.

Predictive analytics process

Predictive analytics involves a set of various statistical techniques used to predict outcomes. It looks at patterns in data to determine if those patterns are likely to emerge again, and analyzes their corelation to one another.
