3. Tell us about a time when you had to manage a team to meet tight deadlines for a major shipment. What were your specific responsibilities in that project? What actions did you take to ensure the team met the deadlines and what were the results of your efforts?

4. Can you describe a situation where you had to improvise due to unforeseen circumstances? What was your task in that situation? What actions did you take to overcome the challenge and what were the results of your improvisation?

5. Tell us about a situation where you had to resolve a conflict among team members. What was your role in that situation and what specific actions did you take to resolve the conflict? What were the results of your intervention?
