  • Assist Network Engineering with deployment of company LANs, WANs, Voice and wireless networks, including routers, hubs, switches, UPS, and other hardware
  • Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards
  • Suggest and implement innovative networking solutions
  • Attend relevant workshops and educational programs
  • Configure and test networks to ensure their smooth and reliable operation
  • Monitor and troubleshoot problems as needed
  • Prepare and present network performance statistics and reports

Telecommunications Specialist requirements and qualifications

  • X years of experience as a Telecommunications Specialist or relevant role
  • X years of experience with MS Office and databases
  • X years of experience in Managing and troubleshooting Network in a Global setup
  • Certification in Cisco CCNA
  • X years of experience with Cisco Routing and Switching
  • Ability to handle/track/write/communicate RCA (Root Cause Analysis) documents
  • Certification in Cisco CCNA at a minimum (CCNP a Plus)
  • X years of experience with Cisco Routing and Switching
  • X years of experience with all telecommunications systems
