3. Can you give me an example of a project that you undertook to improve customer satisfaction? What were your specific responsibilities, and how did you tackle this task? What actions did you take, and what was the ultimate outcome of the project?

4. Describe a situation where you had to resolve a conflict within a team or among team members. What was your task in this situation, and what steps did you take to manage it? What was the end result, and how did you improve the team dynamic?

5. Tell me about a time when you had to adapt your approach to a different culture or business environment. What was your task in this situation, and how did you manage it? What actions did you take, and what results did you achieve for your company?
