STAR interview questions

1. Can you describe a situation in which you had to handle a difficult tenant complaint as a Leasing Agent? What was your task, and what actions did you take to resolve the issue? What were the results of your efforts?

2. Have you ever organized a successful open house event as a Leasing Agent? Can you explain the situation, what was required in terms of your task, and what actions you took to ensure the event was a success? What kind of results did you achieve?

3. Can you discuss a time when you had to market a difficult-to-sell property as a Leasing Agent? What was your task, what actions did you take to promote the property, and how did you measure your results?
