Situational interview questions
- Your team is working on a critical project with a tight deadline, and suddenly, one of your key team members quits. How would you handle this situation to ensure timely project delivery?
- A client has reported a critical security breach in the system you developed for them. How would you handle this situation to ensure no further data is compromised and restore the client’s trust in your organization?
