  • Can you walk us through a project leadership experience you’ve had in implementing a major system upgrade or migration?

3. Can you share an example of a project that you led as an IT Director? What was your task in that project, and what actions did you take to ensure its success? What was the result of the project in terms of achieving its objectives?

4. Are there any projects that you feel particularly proud of having completed as an IT Director? Can you describe the situation, your task, the actions you took, and the results of your efforts?

5. Have you ever been faced with a situation where your team was struggling to meet a deadline or to achieve an objective? What was your task in that situation, and what actions did you take to motivate and guide your team towards success? What was the result of your efforts?
