The goal for a successful interview for an Internal Auditor is to assess the candidate’s knowledge and experience of auditing principles and practices, evaluate their ability to identify and mitigate risks, and determine their communication and teamwork skills to ensure effective cooperation with other departments in the company.
Situational interview questions
