The goal for a successful interview for Hospitality Manager is to understand the candidate’s experience in managing and supervising staff, their knowledge of the hospitality industry and the ability to handle customer service issues, and their skills in coordinating events and ensuring efficient operations of the hotel or restaurant.

-Task: As a hospitality manager, your responsibility would include ensuring a smooth operation despite the lack of staff.

-Action: What steps did you take to overcome the challenge? Did you rearrange duties or schedules? Did you ask for assistance from other departments?

-Result: What was the end result? Were you able to maintain the same level of service quality despite the shortage of staff?

3. Can you describe a project that you oversaw that resulted in increased revenue for the hotel/restaurant?
