The goal for a successful interview for a Business Manager is to assess the candidate’s leadership skills, strategic thinking abilities and business acumen.

Situational interview questions

4. Have you ever had to implement a new process or system within the company? What was your role in the process, what actions did you take to ensure its success, and what was the end outcome?

5. Can you provide an example of a situation where you had to motivate your team despite facing obstacles? What was the situation, what was your role, what steps did you take to motivate your team, and what were the end results?
