We are looking for a hardworking Bar Back who will assist our bartenders in ensuring that our bar runs smoothly. In this position, you will be responsible for restocking supplies, cleaning the bar area, and ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable experience. You will also be expected to assist in preparing drinks and maintaining inventory levels.

Bar Back duties and responsibilities

  • Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks
  • Restock bar supplies and ensure that the bar is well-stocked at all times
  • Clean and organize the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils
  • Ensure that all equipment is clean and in good working condition
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down the bar
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service to patrons, including answering questions and taking orders
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the bar manager or head bartender
