Gamification triggers employees’ natural tendencies for competition, achievement, collaboration and charity. Regarding HR gamification can be used in recruitment & selection initiatives, training & development, engagement & retention Strategies.

How does gamification work

Gamification consist of goal setting, competition, real-time feedback and rewards. It uses individual’s competitive streak to become more absorbed and engaged which leads to a greater sense of achievement and willingness to put in more effort.

Gamification tools which increase motivation and boost performance are rewards, leveling-up” and earning badges.
