  • Ensuring the quality of the system as a whole 
  • Work with firmware developers and validation engineers

Test Engineer requirements and qualifications

  • X years of experience in Software Testing or similar role
  • You love and have a deep understanding of QA
  • You understand the uses and methods of testing 
  • X years of experience in wide range of Open Source Software exposure
  • Good Hadoop skills
  • X years of experience with mobile applications and location-based services
  • X years of experience of working in an agile, fast-paced environment
  • Fearless - not afraid to suggest or back big ideas however disruptive they may be
  • Excellent knowledge in testing skills (design test plan and test strategy, writing test cases, executing test cases, opening bugs, verifying bugs)
