Action: Conducted in-depth research on the tax issue and consulted with my supervisor and colleagues for their opinions. Then, discussed with the client and suggested a feasible solution to resolve this issue.

2. Can you discuss a project that required you to work on multiple tax returns simultaneously?

Situation: Working on multiple tax returns.

Task: Organizing tasks to streamline the process and meet the deadlines.

Action: I prepared a detailed plan of action and created a checklist for each tax return. I prioritized the most important tasks and updated the checklist every day.

Task: Ensure coordination among all team members and successfully complete the project on time.
