The goal for a successful interview for Sales Representative is to demonstrate excellent communication skills, proven sales experience, and a strong understanding of the product or service being sold.

3. Share with us a situation when you missed your sales target. What was your task in that situation? What actions did you take to improve the situation? And what was the result of your efforts?

4. Describe a situation when you exceeded your sales target. What was your task in that situation? What actions did you take that helped you achieve success? What was the result of your actions?

5. Can you tell me about a time when you had to convince a customer to switch from a competitor’s product to yours? What was your task in that situation? What actions did you take? And what was the result of your actions?
