The goal of the interview for a Safety Manager is to assess the candidate’s knowledge and experience in workplace safety and to determine their ability to develop and implement effective safety protocols to ensure the safety of employees and compliance with safety regulations.
Situational interview questions
- Imagine that one of your team members has reported a safety concern in the workplace. How would you investigate this issue and ensure it is resolved promptly?
