Task: What were your responsibilities in this situation?

Action: How did you handle this situation to ensure the sale could still be completed?

Result: What was the outcome of this sale, and what did you learn from this experience?

3. Situation: Can you describe a time when you had to negotiate a difficult deal with a demanding client?

Task: What were your responsibilities in this situation?

Action: How did you navigate this difficult negotiation, and what steps did you take to ensure the best possible outcome for your client?

Result: What were the results of this negotiation, and how did you improve your negotiation skills as a real estate agent?

4. Situation: Have you ever faced a challenging situation when trying to sell a property that was on the market for an extended period of time?

Task: What were your responsibilities in this situation?

Action: How did you address the challenges of this property and market it differently to potential buyers?
