The goal for a successful interview of a Quality Inspector is to assess their ability to ensure the quality of products or services by conducting tests, identifying defects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Situational interview questions
- Scenario: One of the raw materials received for production fails to meet the quality standards. What steps would you take as a Quality Inspector to ensure the issue is resolved before production begins?
- Scenario: A product batch was found to be faulty after it was delivered to the customers. What measures would you take as a Quality Inspector to investigate the issue and prevent it from happening in the future?
