- A neighboring property has installed extremely bright outdoor lighting that is disrupting the sleep of your tenants. How would you resolve this situation and maintain positive relationships with both the tenants and the neighboring property owner?
- A tenant reports a mold issue in their apartment. How would you investigate the issue, communicate with the tenant, and take action to resolve the problem?
