The goal for a successful interview for Paralegal is to demonstrate their knowledge of legal procedures, their attention to detail, and their ability to communicate effectively with clients and attorneys.
Situational interview questions
- You’re working as a paralegal in a law firm, and one of the attorneys gives you a file containing legal documents that have been all jumbled up. How do you handle this situation to effectively reorganize them in their proper order?
