The goal of a successful Law Clerk interview is to assess the candidate’s qualifications, legal knowledge, attention to detail, research skills, and ability to work independently under pressure.
Situational interview questions
- A client has provided you with a very complex case file, which you believe will take too much time to decipher. How would you go about identifying the relevant facts and key issues in the case to provide effective legal advice to your client?
