3. Can you describe an instance where you created a new employee training program? What was your role in that situation? What actions did you take to develop the program? What improvements did you make over time? What were the results in terms of employee performance and satisfaction?

4. Have you ever dealt with a difficult employee conflict that needed resolution? What was the problem? What were your responsibilities in that situation? What was your approach to resolving the conflict? What were the results of your intervention?

5. Can you talk about a scenario where you led a change management initiative? What was your task in that situation? What was your strategy to bring employees on board with the change?
