4. Describe a time when you implemented a new activity or program for the children in your care?

(Situation = creating new activity or program, Task = implementing it for the children, Action = steps taken to develop and launch the program, Result = positive feedback from children and/or parents)

5. Can you share an example of a time when you had to address a child’s behavioral or developmental issue, and what steps you took to address it?

(Situation = a child’s behavioral or developmental issue, Task = addressing the issue, Action = steps taken to resolve or improve the situation, Result = improvement in the child’s behavior or development)
