Soft skills interview questions

3. Could you walk us through a time when you had to troubleshoot a research project that had gone off track? What were your tasks in that situation, and what steps did you take to get the project back on track? What was the final result?

4. Describe a time when you had to conduct research in a restricted timeframe. What was your task, and what action plan did you create to make sure you could meet your deadline? What was the result?

5. Tell us about a situation in which your research findings surprised you. What was your task in that project, and what steps did you take to dig deeper into those findings? How did that impact the final result of the project?
