  • The sales team is experiencing a high level of customer churn due to apparent issues with your product. How would you identify the cause of the problem and work with other departments to fix it quickly?

  • In your opinion, what are the most important factors in creating a successful sales plan, and how would you go about executing such a plan?
  • How do you stay organized when managing multiple accounts, and what techniques do you use to keep track of prospecting efforts and outreach?
  • Can you describe a situation where you had to analyze sales data to identify trends or areas for improvement, and what steps did you take to drive change based on those insights?
