  • One of your employees has called in sick, leaving you with a shortage of staff on a busy day. What steps would you take to ensure that the store continues to run smoothly despite the absence of an employee?

– Situation: To increase sales in a specific product line.

– Task: To plan and execute a marketing campaign.

– Action: Conducted market research, developed a marketing plan, created marketing materials and executed the plan.
