2. Have you ever encountered a challenging situation while loading or unloading materials for a shipment? What steps did you take to address the issue, and what was the outcome of your actions?

3. Tell us about a time when you had to make a decision regarding the appropriate storage and organization of materials. What factors did you consider, and what steps did you take to implement your plan? What was the impact of your actions?

4. Can you recall a situation where you had to respond to a mishandling or damage of materials during transport? What was your responsibility in that situation, and how did you address the issue? What was the ultimate result of your actions?
