4. Could you share a situation where you had to handle multiple tasks at the restaurant simultaneously, such as answering customer queries, assisting the servers, and maintaining cleanliness? What were the task and actions involved in that situation, and what was the result of your actions?

5. Can you describe a challenging situation where you had to handle a customer complaint about the food quality or service at the restaurant? What was your task in that situation, and how did you address the customer’s concerns? What was the result of your actions?
