The goal for a successful interview for a Child Care Teacher is for the interviewer to assess their experience and qualifications in early childhood education, their ability to create a safe and nurturing environment for children, and their capacity to follow and implement lesson plans that promote children’s physical, cognitive, and emotional development.
Situational interview questions
